The Incredible Hulk #336 (1987)

"X-Tremes!" Story by Peter David. Art by Todd McFarlane and Jim Sanders III.  The Hulk is thought to be a mutant, so the mutant hunting X-Terminators are called in to handle this menace. But the X-Terminators are in fact the original X-Men. Cyclops, Jean Grey, Ice Man, Beast, and the high-flying Angel, now known as X-Factor!  They use the mutant hysteria as a cover to find and help mutants. The Hulk could care less, he just wants to smash something.
