The Incredible Hulk #184 (1975)

"Shadow on the Land!" Written by Len Wein, art/cover by Herb Trimpe. The army is transporting several canisters of toxic waste when the truck runs afoul of the Hulk and the canisters open, inundating the Hulk in radioactive chemicals. These chemicals alter the Hulk's gamma-warped aura, which is noticed by a two-dimensional alien warlord known as Kaa, the Living Shadow. Taking control of the Hulk's shadow, Kaa assumes all the Hulk’s strength and savagery. Can the Jade Giant defeat his equal in battle?
