Ever since Doctor Doom disappeared during the final battle vs. Onslaught, a rebel group inside Latveria has been trying to seize control of the government!  The Daily Bugle sends its junior reporter, Betty Brant, to the Balkan country to investigate! Unfortunately, she gets too close to the action and becomes a prisoner of the uprising's leader...the Dreadknight!  The web-slinger hitches a ride with Silver Sable & the Wild Pack to Latveria; once there the wondrous wall-crawler lays it all on the line to save his dear friend from the deadly clutches of the Dreadknight!
