Spider-Man is framed by a series of lookalikes who have super-strength and web-shooters that fire bullets. Daredevil suspects Spider-Man is innocent and offers to help him investigate the scheme. They soon discover that the Kingpin has commissioned the creation of Death’s Arrow, a drug that induces super-strength before causing death to frame Spider-Man and turn the city against him once and for all. On the run and with his only ally at death's door, Spider-Man must defeat the Kingpin, save his friend's life and clear his name.
