Following the death of Doctor Octopus at the hands of the brutal Kaine, Peter Parker vows to catch his killer! When the remaining members of the Sinister Six regroup to recover Doc Ock’s metal arms, they defeat the Scarlet Spider, but must also face the original Spider-Man, who has donned Ock’s metal arms to defeat them. But their victory is short-lived, because now that Peter has donned the metal arms, he can’t get them off! Is the Octo-Spider going to become his permanent identity?
