Justice League of America #103 (1973)

Though thought destroyed at the end of JLA #102, the Red Tornado appears at the JLA satellite and, after explaining what happened to him, is inducted into the League. T O Morrrow, however, is in control of the Tornado and is planning to unwittingly use him to destroy the League; having recovered the Tornado's body after the events of JLA #102. Morrow, thinking his plan was successful leaves his hideaway, only to be confronted by the League, who about his plan for some time and had tricked him into thinking they were dead.
