Spider-Man borrows a skycraft from the Fantastic Four and heads out to sea to retrieve a vaccine for a deadly new strain of flu, on its way to America via ocean liner, to save Aunt May. But other people want it too, namely the Maggia and Dracula! It's a great 3-way battle on board the S.S. Wendell.
