Cain attempts to kill James Gordon, but his daughter, Cassandra, leaps through a window, tackling him and foiling the assassination; Cassandra falls, and Cain grabs her arm while at the same time Batman lassos Cain's legs, suspending both Cain and his daughter over the side of a building; Batman begins to lose his grip, and Cassandra drops from her father's grip intentionally; Batman ties off his end of the rope and leaps after Cassandra; She awakens in a cemetery with Batman; Cassandra battles Two-Face; Batman battles Cain; Oracle also stars. Continued from Batman #567; Part 24 of "No Man's Land."
