The Incredible Hulk #196 (1976)

"The Abomination Proclamation!" Written by Len Wein, pencils by Sal Buscema (breakdowns) and Joe Staton (finished art), inks by Joe Staton. Cover pencils by Gil Kane, inks by John Romita. Following the deactivation of a monitoring device inside the Abomination's head, the former Russian spy manages to convince the Hulk to join forces with him to get revenge on the "puny humans", much to the dismay of Doc Samson, General Ross, Clay Quartermain, and Betty Talbot. The two behemoths attack a Florida Space Station and take the station under their control. The Abomination demands a  ransom of $100 million dollars in uncut diamonds, to be given to him by midnight or he and the Hulk will destroy the base.
