"The Doomsday Express," script by Bob Haney, art by Jim Aparo, cover by Jim Aparo.

Batman and the Metal Men have all agreed to take part in a train ride to celebrate America's Bicentennial, featuring copies of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States of America.  The Metal Men get a letter that suggests that their creator Doc Magnus may still be alive and depart to follow up on it. This leaves the Batman alone on the train with the curators, who reveal themselves to be half-Native Americans and hijack the train to pressure the United States government into turning over the land to its rightful people.

Good condition.
