M.J.'s plane exploded over the Atlantic, and all the passengers are presumed dead. Peter's having a rough time with it, and Mattie Franklin comes over to console him. But little does our young hero know that she's being pursued by Julia Carpenter, the former Spider-Woman, and the daughter of Madame Web!  The new allies try to figure out how best to work together, though they certainly don't agree on this point.
